Hi Shmuel, I live in Toronto and I bought your book recently. I like it a great deal! I still want to ask your advice for my headaches. I have this lingering headache that radiates from my nape to my left eye. Is there a way I can use the chopsticks for this problem? |

Sure, please refer to the headaches treatment chapter and then select point G-20 Fengchi on the left side only. Use the Longstick to dig deeply into the point until you feel a radiating sorenoess travelling to your left forehead or eye region. Use the Pressing and the Twisting manipulations. If it feels better for the pain you may also poke the point repeatedly. It usually produces immediate pain relief for some time. You may repeat this treatment several times an hour, each time for just a few minutes, or several times a day, until there is a substantial reduction in the pain. Very stubborn cases that have lasted some years may need acupuncture treatment in order to eliminate the problem from its core. Hope it helps, Tamara and thank you for buying the book. |
