Dear Shmuel, I have a patient with 2 weeks old baby that was born with blocked tear canal, and it's cause the baby eye infection. Do you know about massage or acupoints to help release the tears? Many thanks, Rivka Shargal |

Of course, and it is even very effective. You need to massage (use your thumbs dipped in some baby oil) the eyebrows from B-2 laterally towards Sj-23 for 1-2 minutes each time, three times a day. Now and then, pinch with your thumb and index finger the B-2 point, and knead it for a few seconds, then proceed with the massage. The kneading and massaging shouldn't be too painful of course, neither too mild. It needs to exert enough pressure in order to enhance Qi circulation in the whole area. After this procedure, slide your thumbs several times from B-2 towards Li-20, only in downward strokes until the two routes are considerably reddened. Hearback how it worked for you. |
