Hi. My name is Deborah and I am new to this forum. I would like to hear your opinion about the use of electro-acup. in small children. Greetings, Deborah. |

Welcome Deborah. The use of electro-acup in small children is not recommended and also not necessary. Children react extremely fast and well to acupuncture, and there is no need to intensify the needle stimulation so strongly. Experience shows that Deqi is extremely responsive in children, and it is very easy to propagate Deqi in any desired direction very easily. This is quite enough in order to enhance and intensify the treatment. Hope this answers your query. |

Thank you, Shmuel. May I also ask what problems do you usually treat with E.A. in adults? |

E.A. usually treats pain syndromes, especially those characterized by intense pain. You can also treat addiction disorders, especially of drugs, by using E.A. on ear points. |
