Greetings! I have a 'patient' that encounters every year at spring time unpleasant allergy due to the floral blosom. the question is, as usually - what could be a proper acupuncture therapy for this issue? |

First, to remove wind heat or cold - depending on the diagnosis. Then stimulate and tonify the defence mechanism (wei qi), then act directly on the organs involved symptomatically (e.g. nose, eyes etc.). Just to illustrate: For wind, use: B-12/ Gb-20/ Du-16/ Li-11 For Wei qi: B-13/ St-36/ Ren-4 For nose: Li-4/ Li-20/ Yintang Here you already have a very good formula for hayfever... There are also some good herbal formulas for this. Please post your future posts here: http://www.acumedico.com/discus/messages/25/25.html?1233336120 Thanks.} |
