As per title, Whats everyone favorite technique to either tonify or reduce a given point?
My favorites are: rotating with force 3 times, or multiples of 3, clockwise to tonify, and anti-cw to disperse.
Also, scratching the needle handle with the nail, towards the patient to tonify, away to disperse.
I personnaly dont like inserting/removing forcefully the needle, because usually the patients complain of unpleasant sensations. |
