Hello Richard. If you download the Demo zip file from my web page - http://www.acumedico.com/acudemo.zip you will have answers to all these questions under the Readme file which is included. In short, you may use the CSV database file included there and install it in programs such as MS Access or FileMaker or others that work on a PC. You'll need to modify the file graphically, of course, but otherwise all the data will be perfectly available on your PC. The database includes almost all the acu-points, excluding very few which I consider to be very seldom used in practice. It contains all the information for their use, combinations, energetics, symptoms, etc. There is also an additional database giving the 5-elements and other attributions of the major main points, and more. You'll have a full file of this database included in the demo. If you have further questions after you have read the Readme file, please let me know. |
