Hi there. My fried who is studying and working on the Charkra energy system has been advised by her Reiki teacher that the energy in her Solar Plexus is blocked and major nerve concentration in the solar plexus is not allowing energy to rise to the head. Wondering if anyone would have some expereince in this field and which points to stimulate to help the situation. She has been working on CV12. Thank you

All points between Ren-17 and 12 can be used in order to stimulate, move and disperse the Qi flow in the solar plexus. Some of them are better than the others for specific symptoms which she might have. Sometimes back-shu points may be also added for this purpose. That may include Bl-17/ 16/ and 21.
