Bruno, have you reached any diagnosis in her case?
Could you please provide some Chinese term diagnostic features such as pulse, tongue, Mu points etc.?
Thanks.

well at first she lied and hide tachycardia, tinnitus, anxietu and stress and also the constipation, so my 1st thought was splean qi insuficience and yang kidney insuficience, today she told me that she was married very young and that her usband died when her child was born, after that she said that three years after her usband died she had a love afair with a married man that last for 12 years, end cause he didn't want to divorce, so now i think that she may have this trouble due to trauma.in this case the diagnosis would be, in my opinion, the rupture of the shao yin.
she also told me that the sexual frigidity began 10 years ago and two years ago she got her ovaries cirurgical removed. i don't understand what you're trying to say with mu points.
i don't understand much of pulse diagnosis. i finished my tcm studies two years ago and no one teached me pulse diagnosis. i'll have to learn by myself..also since she has Hypotension i assume that the pulse is weak and deep but as i said i don't know much about pulse diagnosis. i'm sorry.
as for the tongue red without cover, with many cracks in the center and without
tooth marks.
hope this could help.

Looks like you have a complicated case here Bruno. Some signs point at Yin deficiency and others at Qi and Yang xu. Some of your words I can't understand... In such cases, especially complicated by surgeries and emotional crises, I usually try to establish which is the most dominant complaint, the set of symptoms that really make her life bad, and start from there. It is especially beneficial if you can not differentiate exactly if this is a case of kidney yin xu, or Yang xu or maybe the heart is lacking yin and blood giving way for anxiety, palpitations and the thyroid problems.
My suggestion is that you do not spread your treatment in order to shoot all the bad things at one time. Use less points and concentrate on the major symptoms and signs.
A good formula to start with, in my opinion, could be this:
H-7/ P-6 = to relax the heart and shen
Sp-6 = to tonify spleen and blood and nourish the heart and nervous system.
Ren-4/ Ren-6 = to nourish the Qi and the kidneys
This basic formula will ease her anxiety, help the thyroid and insomnia and give her more energy. Treat her every other day until she feels better. By then you'll probably have a more focused diagnosis and you can proceed with the treatment accordingly.
