Good day all, I am looking for a time frame for the application of the "Chopstick Treatment" to any particular point. Ex. 1, 5, 10 minutes? It seems the longer the treatment, the less the ailment is noticed. However, the treatment point does take on a soreness. Second. How long should treatment be performed? Once a day, twice a day, once a week etc... Thank you for any advice given. So glad I found this book. |

For your first question Jimmy, you usually apply pressure to a point for several seconds, i.e., 15-40 seconds, and not minutes. However, if this is a painful syndrome, you should better repeat this treatment several times a day, until you can feel a long range relief. For your second question, the same applies. Until the pain has subsided. If this is a functioning problem, e.g., frequent urination - treatment is given daily until the problem resolves. Use your common sense and intuition. I am sure you'll be able to reach the best insight. I am glad you like my book. |

Thank you for your prompt response. It's fuuny you should mention seconds, as I was originally going to use that in my question, being that's the time frame I would use for treatment. I actually thought I was under treating. Thanks again, Jim |
